1. Who we are

2. What Dreamalizing is — and isn't

Dreamalizing is an app that helps you explore your own dreams through AI-generated questions. The app does not impose interpretations; it helps you reach your own insights.

Dreamalizing is not therapy and not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, does not replace treatment, and is not intended for crisis situations. If you need urgent help, call your local emergency number or a healthcare professional.

3. Account

You need an account to use Dreamalizing. You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use Dreamalizing; under 16 only with parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscription and payment

Dreamalizing offers two free dream analyses after registration. After that, you can take a Premium subscription for unlimited analyses.

Available subscriptions:

• Monthly — auto-renews every month
• Yearly — auto-renews every year

The current price is shown on the in-app paywall before you confirm. Payment is handled by your App Store or Google Play account. We only receive purchase confirmation, never your payment details.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the prevailing rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cancel via your App Store or Google Play account (not in the app — Apple and Google do not allow that).

Refunds: refund requests go through Apple or Google according to their policies. We have no access to your payment data and cannot refund directly.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw after purchase. By tapping "Buy subscription" and immediately using premium features you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered.

6. What you may not do

• Use the app for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms
• Submit or take over someone else's dreams or account
• Try to bypass or overload the infrastructure, AI models, or security
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the app
• Use automated tools to generate bulk analyses

On breach we may suspend or remove your account immediately, without refunding any ongoing subscription.

7. Your content

Your dreams stay yours. We claim no ownership over the text you input. By using the app you only grant us permission to process, store, and show your content back to you — not to do anything else with it or share it. We do not train AI models on your content. 8. Liability

Dreamalizing is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't guarantee the app is always available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the subscription in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or non-material damages.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to the service and the terms

We may update Dreamalizing and these terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify you in-app or by email beforehand. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Don't agree? You can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via your profile page. You cancel the subscription via the App Store or Google Play. When you delete your account, your dream journal is permanently erased after a short grace period (see Privacy Policy).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
